Companies listed on textilefair.com are responsible for the accuracy of their own information. textilefair.com does not verify all listings and is not liable for inaccurate company data.
3. Digital Stands
Digital stand subscriptions are annual. Stands are activated upon payment confirmation. Refunds are not available after the stand has been published.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use textilefair.com to scrape data, send unsolicited messages, misrepresent your company, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, and technology is the property of THE MY WIN. Company logos and data remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
textilefair.com is not liable for any transactions, disputes, or damages arising from connections made through the platform. The platform is a discovery and networking tool only.
7. Governing Law
